Arleen Reetz, 83, Potter
Arleen Reetz age 83 of Potter passed away at her home North of Potter on  Thursday, May 8th.  Survivors include two sons, David and wife Glo of Powell, WY and Jeff and wife Nicole of Mazambique, Africa; six grandchildren, Clinton Reetz of Highlands Ranch, CO, Ginger Sleep of Powell ,WY, Shauna Reetz of Longmont, CO, Meredith Baxter of Powell, WY, Jes Reetz of Loveland, CO and Dana Crooks of Laramie, WY; 15 great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. 

Funeral services for Arleen Reetz will be held at 10:00a.m., Saturday, May 17th at the Sidney Evangelical Free Church with Pastor Doug Birky officiating.  Burial will be in the Potter Cemetery.  Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Friday from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m.  A complete obituary will air when available.
Gehrig-Stitt Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Gladys Runge, 86, Sidney
Gladys Runge age 86 of Sidney passed away at the Golden Living Center in Sidney late Monday evening, May 12, 2008. Survivors include her sons Robert (Connie) Runge and Wayne (Sandee) Runge: her daughters; Doris Jensen, Nancy (Jim) Eddy and Patty (Steven) Langley all of Sidney, NE; 20 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.  She is also survived by brothers: Earl Cape of Bartlesvill OK, Jerry Cape of Parrish, FL. Kayo (Carol) Cape of Dalton, NE; sister: Roberta (Damon) Pierce of Bellevue WA, Sharon Cape of Omaha, NE, and Connie Ankeny of Dalton:  Brothers-in-law, Lyle (joyce) Hall of Worland, WY and Clifford (Phyllis) Runge of Sidney: Sisters-in-law; Mazie Cape of Bridgeport, NE, Mary Jane Cape of Hot Springs, SD, Betty Cape of Dalton, NE, Marge Cape of Grass Valley, CA, Bonnie Cizek of Northglenn, CO and Elinor Runge of Denver, CO; aunts Ester Mauer of Lovelend, CO and Ethel Frerichs of Dalton, NE; Uncle Don (Mary) Mauer of Scottsbluff, NE and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services for Gladys Runge will be held at 10:30a.m. Saturday, May 17, in the Light Memorial Presbyterian Church in Sidney with Pastor Leon "Bud" Gillespie officiating.  Inurnment will be in Greenwood Cemetery.  Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation at the funeral home.  Friends may sign the register book from 1:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. Friday at the Holechek Funeral Home in Sidney.  A memorial has been established to the Memorial Health Center Hospice, The Dorwart Cancer Treatment Center or the Lodgepole Valley Youth Camp.  Friends may view the online obituary and leave a condolence at www.holechekfuneralhomes.com.
