DENVER, Col. - With the NBA schedule winding down, the Denver Nuggets (40-35) continue to fight for a playoff spot in the Western Conference as they'll be on the road Friday night taking on Russell Westbrook and the Oklahoma City Thunder (44-32).
Denver’s had two days rest coming off a trip north of the border to take on the top team in the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors (55-20), who handed the Nuggetts a 114-110 loss.
Oklahoma City was in San Antonio Thursday night and fell to the Spurs, 103-99. Denver has won two-of-three this season against the Thunder, but the lone loss came in Oklahoma City, 95-94, in December.
Tip is scheduled for 6:00 MST this evening at Chesapeake Energy Arena.
